## About the Role

## Description

The Work: The Microsoft Dynamics Developer is responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service). In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance business processes, drive transformation, and improve operational efficiency. You will leverage deep expertise in Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and integration technologies to build secure, maintainable, and compliant enterprise solutions. Your ability to translate business needs into robust technical implementations-and support the full lifecycle of development, deployment, and optimization-will be essential to success., * Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)

 * Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and automated processes
 * Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate)
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications and solutions
 * Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates
 * Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution
 * Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and operational processes
 * Ensure solutions adhere to Microsoft best practices, compliance requirements, and established security standards
