## About the Role

* 4+ years of infrastructure project delivery and/or service delivery experience in the financial services industry
 * Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent, cross-functional technology deliveries through successful completion
 * Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to influence delivery teams and drive accountability across shared outcomes
 * Working knowledge of core infrastructure components, including servers, networks, storage, and end-user computing
 * Experience with basic administration and troubleshooting of Linux and Windows systems
 * Familiarity with cloud platforms and services, including Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365
 * Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and common development patterns, as well as commercial AI tools and custom AI-enabled workflows that accelerate analysis and assessment
 * Excellent written, verbal, presentation, planning, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to lead discussions with customers, technologists, and senior leaders in a global, fast-paced environment

## Description

* Gather, analyze, and document technical requirements for Portfolio Managers and their teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and actionable
 * Identify and communicate the appropriate infrastructure products, services, and components required to meet customer requirements
 * Guide stakeholders on standard development patterns and existing Infrastructure Technology offerings
 * Coordinate the delivery and deployment of infrastructure components across Infrastructure Technology teams
 * Manage and maintain prioritized books of work for customer teams, balancing competing demands and driving timely delivery
 * Lead the technology onboarding of new Portfolio Managers and support the evolving infrastructure needs of existing Portfolio Managers globally
 * Drive initiatives to upgrade and modernize customer technology estates, including the deployment of new infrastructure capabilities
 * Provide customer-focused feedback to platform teams to improve technology products and service offerings
