We have MDM in place, using Okta for identity management and Microsoft 365 and Slack to collaborate. We run everything in the cloud, avoid on-premises hardware, and we use SSO and MFA for all services wherever possible. This IT infrastructure provides a solid foundation for growth., * Support day-to-day IT requests and questions in our Hamburg office. * Assist with newbie onboarding and offboarding. * Contribute to Digital Workspace projects. * Monitor the IT Support queue for requests and resolve arising IT issues and questions. * Help with the audio-visual setup of bigger hybrid meetings and events., Are you curious, motivated, and eager to learn?
