## Description

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Senior Technical Business Lead to support the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) and Office of State Fire Commissioner (OSFC) application development teams. This role bridges business needs and technical solutions, working directly with management and application teams to address IT business needs, technical issues, and application support.
Location Requirement

 * Candidates should ideally reside in Harrisburg or surrounding areas.
 * Hybrid position requiring onsite work at the PEMA headquarters 2-3 days per week, with flexibility as needed., * Plan and coordinate daily stand-ups with development teams.
 * Work directly with PEMA/OSFC management to solve IT business needs and problems.
 * Collaborate with application teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
 * Lead Incident Management and Change Management activities.
 * Provide weekly status updates on projects, tasks, and initiatives.
 * Maintain application inventory and application support documentation.
 * Organize and maintain the PEMA/OSFC application portfolio.
 * Review business requirements and collaborate with development teams on level-of-effort estimates.
