 * Strong expertise in modern web architectures (e.g., React), backend development (e.g., Python), relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
 * Hands-on experience with high-level design and familiarity with best practices and design patterns

What You'll Do:

Translate Strategy into Execution

 * Convert product strategy into clear, actionable technology strategy and plans for your team
 * Define priorities, scope, and sequencing to ensure focus on the highest-impact work
 * Establish measurable goals and ensure alignment between day-to-day execution and long-term objectives
 * Continuously adjust plans based on business needs, risks, and new information
 * Drive improvements in reliability, performance, and operational excellence
 * Own the operational health of systems and services, including reliability, performance, and incident response

Drive Accountability and Results

 * Own outcomes for your team, ensuring commitments are met with high quality and predictability
 * Establish clear ownership, roles, and decision-making structures within the team
