Experience delivering AI, automation, or agentic solutions is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

## Description

* Leads prioritization and delivery of the agent portfolio, balancing business value, technical feasibility, risk, capacity, and time to value. (25%)
 * Partners with business leaders and subject-matter experts to identify opportunities, define requirements, establish success measures, and drive adoption. (20%)
 * Manages agent development teams and delivery practices, establishing clear expectations for execution, quality, documentation, and accountability. (20%)
 * Oversees the software development lifecycle for agent solutions, including design, development, testing, release, monitoring, and continuous improvement. (15%)
 * Coordinates dependencies across platform, data, security, architecture, and other technology teams to remove delivery barriers. (10%)
 * Reports portfolio progress, outcomes, risks, and resource needs to leadership and maintains transparent delivery plans. (10%)
