* 5+ years of Workday HCM experience
 * 10+ years of experience in HR processes / Talent Acquisition
 * Strong experience with Workday reporting, requisitions, compliance, and system cleanup
 * Experience with Smartsheet and SharePoint
 * Strong HR process/SOP documentation and analytical skills
 * Experience working with HR leaders, Workday teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
 * Public Sector/State Government experience is highly preferred
