* Proven experience supporting end users in IT help desk or technical support roles.
 * Hands-on experience administering macOS and/or Windows.
 * Familiarity with Office 65, Active Directory, and networking basics.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation., * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

 * Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
 * Exposure to VMware, Linux, or enterprise security tools.

## Description

Technical Support & System Administration

 * Serve as the first point of contact for IT issues via phone, email, or chat.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems for macOS and Windows devices.
 * Set up and support accounts, permissions, and access.
 * Administer and maintain Apple devices, including software updates and security.
 * Manage Apple systems with tools such as JAMF, Addigy, and MDM solutions.
 * Maintain inventory, documentation, and troubleshooting guides.
