 * Experience with systems administration, network infrastructure, and enterprise technologies.
 * Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, identity management, and security best practices.
 * Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash, or JavaScript).
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skill of Systems Administrator:

 * Experience with SQL, REST APIs, and system integrations.
 * Familiarity with Intune, JAMF, Power BI, or Power Automate.
 * Experience in education or nonprofit environments.

## Description

* Administer and support Windows Server, virtualization, and enterprise infrastructure.
 * Manage Azure AD (Entra ID), SSO, MFA, and access controls.
 * Support enterprise applications, integrations, and user troubleshooting.
 * Monitor system performance, security, compliance, and data integrity.
 * Automate processes using PowerShell, Python, or other scripting tools.
 * Provide Tier 2/3 support and serve as an escalation resource for complex technical issues.
