## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Database Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience will also be considered
 * 3+ years of Yardi development and technical reporting experience
 * Advanced SQL development and query-writing skills
 * Experience designing and maintaining custom reports, dashboards, and data solutions
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
 * Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
 * Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines
 * Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience developing Yardi integrations and API-based solutions
 * Knowledge of database design and data management best practices
 * Experience supporting business process automation initiatives
 * Exposure to accounting, real estate, property management, or finance-related systems is a plus

## Description

The successful candidate will combine strong Yardi development expertise with advanced SQL skills to deliver reliable reporting solutions, streamline operations through automation, and ensure data integrity across the organization. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact by improving reporting efficiency and supporting critical business decisions., * Design, develop, and maintain custom Yardi reports and data extracts

 * Create and support integrations between Yardi and third-party systems
 * Develop automated solutions that eliminate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
 * Write, optimize, and troubleshoot advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports
 * Investigate reporting discrepancies and identify root causes to ensure data accuracy
 * Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to gather reporting requirements
 * Validate, test, and troubleshoot report logic and data outputs
 * Maintain detailed technical documentation for reports, integrations, and development processes
 * Participate in peer reviews and quality assurance testing to ensure reliable deliverables
 * Support ongoing enhancements, upgrades, and maintenance within the Yardi environment
 * Recommend process improvements and reporting best practices, * Accurate, reliable Yardi reports and integrations are delivered on schedule
 * Manual processes are successfully automated, creating measurable efficiency gains
 * Reporting discrepancies are investigated and resolved at their root cause
 * Data quality and reporting accuracy are consistently maintained
 * All development work is thoroughly tested, peer-reviewed, and documented
 * Internal teams can confidently support and maintain completed solutions
