## About the Role

* Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and general IT troubleshooting

## Description

* Provide remote Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking
 * Perform on-site support and installations at client locations (typically 1-2 times per week)
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
 * Install and configure IT equipment for clients
 * Maintain documentation through our ticketing system
 * Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
