## About the Role

Ability to obtain INTERIM U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, * Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

 * Minimum of ten (10) years relevant experience leading Test Systems Engineering
 * Experience leading the functionalities of Test Systems Engineering or equivalent Engineering experience for both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and maintenance activities within production, manufacturing, product qualification environments
 * Experience with leading design, development and/or integration of test equipment
 * The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance., * Organizational, coordination, planning, and teaming skills, as well as written and oral communication skills
 * Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems
 * Experience with equipment rack assembly, cable assembly/installation, electronics maintenance, data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers
 * Experience troubleshooting systems using test equipment such as data acquisition systems, oscilloscopes, bus analyzers, logic analyzers, network analyzers, and/or spectrum analyzers
 * Experience leading multi-disciplined teams
 * Experience with Agile Process, Agile Methodologies and gate reviews
 * Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
