Our client, a leading aerospace and defense technology organization, is seeking a Engineering Support Specialist to join their team. As an Engineering Support Specialist, you will be part of the Engines & Power Systems (E&PS) organization supporting multiple engineering and design teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, mechanical aptitude, and customer-focused communication skills that will align successfully within the organization., o Experience supporting engineering organizations in a technician or technical support capacity.
o Ability to work with CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
o Knowledge of 3D printing processes (FDM, SLA) and post-processing techniques.
o Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and computer skills with the ability to learn new software applications.

## Description

o Operate and manage daily activities within the 3D Print Lab, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
o Convert CAD models into physical prototypes, tooling, fixtures, and engineering demonstration parts.
o Prioritize and coordinate 3D printing requests from multiple engineering teams and customers.
o Perform maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of 3D printers and related equipment.
o Communicate project status and provide excellent support to engineering stakeholders throughout the printing process.
