This remote position is based in the Pittsburgh area and plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of lease administration and financial data across a large real estate portfolio. In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing and auditing invoices for accuracy, processing lease-related data, reassigning items as needed, and ensuring information is accurately entered and maintained within client systems. You'll also review lease documents, interpret key lease provisions, and manage various stages of the lease abstraction process to support accurate portfolio reporting and administration. Working closely with a collaborative team, you'll help achieve client-driven KPIs related to data quality, accuracy, and service delivery.
