 1. Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204):
 + Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks, including but not limited to email communication, document creation, and online collaboration tools.
 + Training sessions will be provided for those who may need additional support in using technology effectively.
 2. 21+ Years of Age (C101):
 + All candidates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of employment. This requirement is in place to comply with legal regulations and company policies.

What You'll Do:

 * Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
 * Respond to incidents, campus concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as directed.
 * Conduct regular and random patrols of academic buildings, residence areas, parking locations, and campus perimeters to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
 * Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting incidents and completing required reports.
 * Support a welcoming educational environment by providing directions, answering general questions, and maintaining professional communication with the campus community.
