## About the Role

## Description

Fisch Solutions, one of the Hudson Valley's leading Managed Service Providers (MSPs), is seeking a Help Desk/Hybrid Technician (Entry Level) to join our growing team. This position focuses on hardware deployment, network support, and basic Windows Server administration at a fixed client site in Orange County, NY.

You'll be hands-on with both users and technology-installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining computers, printers, and network systems in a professional environment.

What You'll Do

 * Provide on-site and remote support for users on desktop hardware, software, and network issues.
 * Deploy and configure new computers, peripherals, and printers.
 * Support and maintain network equipment including SonicWall, Meraki, WatchGuard, and Fortinet firewalls.
 * Perform basic Windows Server administration including Active Directory user management and Group Policytroubleshooting.
 * Assist in monitoring and resolving help desk tickets while maintaining documentation.
 * Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members to resolve technical issues.
 * Maintain and improve system performance, uptime, and end-user satisfaction.
