This individual will play a key role in enhancing CRM functionality, developing interactive dashboards and reports, automating workflows, and ensuring Salesforce effectively supports business operations and strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Salesforce professional who combines strong technical expertise with business acumen and the ability to translate operational needs into practical, scalable solutions., Salesforce Configuration & Administration * Configure, customize, and maintain the Salesforce CRM environment to meet evolving business needs. * Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, permission sets, and user profiles. * Manage user access, security settings, data visibility, and system permissions. * Troubleshoot system issues, resolve configuration challenges, and maintain platform functionality. * Ensure system configurations align with business processes, data integrity standards, and operational requirements.
