This includes evaluating client technology needs, assisting with the development of configurations and standards that support ECI and Client business processes, utilizing automation of standardized solutions, validate and troubleshoot deployments, hardware/software installations and upgrades, new infrastructure build outs, and assisting with the creation of internal documentation and client facing training materials. In this role, you will interface with high profile financial industry clients daily thus requiring the highest level of presentation, communication, and professionalism. In addition, the Technical Implementation Engineer will multitask in a fast paced, dynamic environment, can learn, document, standardize, and implement modern technologies quickly and efficiently.
