## About the Role

* Minimum 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience
 * Demonstrated proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop Pro or Premier, preferably version 2024
 * Experience working with QuickBooks through a hosted Windows server or remote desktop
 * Strong bank reconciliation and financial reporting skills
 * Ability to communicate clearly by telephone, video conference, and email
 * Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability

## Description

* Enter and accurately categorize financial transactions
 * Reconcile bank accounts
 * Investigate and resolve bookkeeping discrepancies
 * Prepare monthly Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements
 * Maintain accurate and organized accounting records, The bookkeeper will securely access our existing system and use QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2024 via a hosted remote desktop. No QuickBooks Online experience is required.
