## About the Role

If you have hands-on iBwave experience designing Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), Public Safety DAS, or wireless communication networks, we want to talk with you!

We're looking for professionals who do more than develop designs. We want individuals who understand construction challenges, collaborate with field teams, and deliver innovative wireless solutions that perform in the real world., Hands-on experience with iBwave Design software is essential.

Our ideal candidates bring a combination of wireless engineering expertise and an understanding of the construction and installation process., * Demonstrated proficiency using iBwave Design Suite.

 * Experience in RF engineering, DAS design, wireless communications, or telecommunications infrastructure.
 * Ability to interpret architectural plans, construction drawings, and technical specifications.
 * Knowledge of RF propagation, link budget analysis, DAS architecture, and wireless network design.
 * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to coordinate with construction teams, field technicians, project managers, and customers.

Experience Levels

 * Design Engineer: Minimum 2 years of relevant RF, wireless, telecommunications, or DAS engineering experience.
 * Senior Design Engineer: 7-10 years of relevant engineering experience, including at least 5 years designing DAS and wireless network solutions, with demonstrated technical leadership., * iBwave certification, particularly Level 2 or Level 3.
 * Experience with Public Safety DAS / Emergency Responder Communication Enhancement Systems (ERCES).
 * Construction industry experience involving commercial buildings and telecommunications installations.
 * Proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam Revu.
 * Knowledge of NFPA, IFC, FCC, and applicable building and fire code requirements.
 * Experience coordinating carrier approvals and managing complex wireless infrastructure projects.
 * Experience mentoring engineers or leading engineering design teams., * iBwave: 2 years (Required)

## Description

As part of the HALO engineering team, you'll play an important role in designing and supporting wireless infrastructure projects from concept through construction and completion.

 * Design Wireless Systems: Develop indoor and outdoor Distributed Antenna Systems (iDAS/oDAS), Public Safety DAS, Small Cell, and advanced wireless network solutions.
 * Put Your iBwave Skills to Work: Create detailed RF designs, propagation models, link budget calculations, system schematics, and engineering documentation.
 * Connect Engineering With Construction: Review architectural drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications to ensure designs are practical, accurate, and ready for installation.
 * Collaborate With Project Teams: Work directly with Construction Managers, Project Managers, wireless carriers, customers, and field installation teams.
 * Develop Complete Engineering Packages: Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs), RF design packages, equipment specifications, and as-built documentation.
 * Solve Real-World Challenges: Provide engineering support during installation, testing, commissioning, and project closeout.
 * Drive Innovation: Help deliver advanced 5G, CBRS, Private LTE/5G, and Public Safety Communications solutions.
