## About the Role

* High school diploma or equivalent
 * Two (2) years of recent experience (within the past five (5) years) performing similar duties.
 * Proficient computer skills including proven experience with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication, and basic reporting.
 * Superior ability to plan and manage work independently, meeting deadlines under minimal supervision
 * Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.

Security Clearance:

Minimum investigation at a Public Trust level required.

## Description

* Be available on-site from 7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday, and at any other times required to effectively manage all CMMS activities, including all database management contract work.
 * Manage all data entry, scheduling, creating, assigning and closing work tickets.
 * Maintaining accurate records for all work tickets, locations, resources and equipment.
 * Setting up user roles, permissions, and system workflows.
 * Ensuring digital records and documentation meets customer and regulatory standards.
 * Develop and provide all necessary reports and database queries requested by the COR within four (4) hours during normal Government working hours, unless the COR agrees to a longer time frame.
