## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 * 5-8+ years of progressively responsible IT leadership experience in complex, multi-site environments
 * Minimum 3 years managing and developing IT teams
 * At least 2 years hands-on experience administering or managing NetSuite ERP
 * Proven experience managing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
 * Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and end-user support
 * Expertise with EDI, eCommerce platforms, and complex systems integration
 * Experience supporting hybrid IT environments including on-premises and cloud infrastructure

Senior IT Manager Preferred Background & Skills

 * Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
 * Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Kanban, or process mapping methodologies
 * Experience with virtualization technologies, especially Hyper-V
 * Practical knowledge of AI, automation tools, and workflow optimization

## Description

* Manage the full IT ecosystem including NetSuite ERP, CRM, eCommerce, EDI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
 * Collaborate across departments to identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions
 * Oversee system upgrades, integrations, support services, and vendor relationships
 * Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs, reporting progress regularly to leadership
 * Serve as primary escalation point for complex technical challenges and maintain system performance
 * Develop and execute multi-year IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives
