## About the Role

* Engineering Bachelor's or Technical Degree
 * Minimum two years of design experience in an engineering environment
 * Must have experience and have working knowledge of Solidworks Software and engineering documentation standards
 * Hydraulics experience a plus
 * Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals, materials and manufacturing processes
 * Must be able to work in a team environment
 * Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
 * Must have strong time management skills and be able to prioritize multiple projects
 * Must have attention to detail and results oriented

## Description

* · Design and develop new products, components, or systems based on customer requirements, internal specifications, and applicable standards
 * Create and maintain detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD, Solidworks software
 * Perform engineering analyses
 * Support prototype builds, testing, and design verification and validation activities
 * Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and operations to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective
 * Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback to improve product performance and reliability
 * Manage engineering change requests (ECRs/ECOs) and maintain accurate documentation
 * Support continuous improvement, cost reduction, and standardization standards
 * Ensure compliance with applicable standards, safety regulations, and company procedures
 * Provide technical support to internal teams, customers, or suppliers
 * Identify opportunities for improvement within department process
 * Attend training sessions regularly to continue professional growth and development
