## About the Role

* Desktop Support, Help Desk, or Service Desk experience.
 * Experience with endpoint imaging and device provisioning.
 * Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 troubleshooting skills.
 * Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

## Description

* Image, configure, and deploy devices using Microsoft Intune or similar tools.
 * Provide support for Windows 11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.
 * Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and other end-user hardware.
 * Resolve Service Desk tickets and deliver excellent customer support.
