In this role, you'll work across backend systems, data pipelines, platform tooling, and lightweight frontend experiences to help scale our onboarding and migration capabilities. You'll partner closely with engineers across multiple offices to design and deliver systems that improve scalability, reduce operational friction, and accelerate customer migrations. This role requires strong backend engineering fundamentals, comfort navigating ambiguity, and the ability to independently drive features from concept through delivery. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact technical infrastructure with visibility across the company while helping shape the future of data operations at Ridgeline.
