## Description

We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Delivery Manager / Integration Project Manager to lead end-to-end MuleSoft development, modernization, and migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing large-scale integration programs, driving cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of integration solutions while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations., * Lead and manage end-to-end MuleSoft development, modernization, and migration projects.

 * Drive migration initiatives from legacy integration platforms to MuleSoft and manage Mule runtime/platform upgrades.
 * Own project planning, effort estimation, resource allocation, budget tracking, and delivery governance.
 * Manage RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) tracking and ensure proactive risk mitigation.
 * Coordinate with development, architecture, QA, DevOps, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
 * Oversee migration waves, cutover planning, production deployments, hypercare support, and decommissioning activities.
 * Track project progress using JIRA/Azure DevOps and provide regular status updates to clients and leadership teams.
 * Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and organizational governance processes.
 * Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Lead multiple workstreams simultaneously and drive teams toward successful project outcomes.
