## About the Role

If you're passionate about technology, repair work, and content creation, join our growing and creative team at TEKDEP.

We are looking for an experienced Computer with advanced diagnostic and repair skills to join our professional repair shop.
The ideal candidate can efficiently locate, diagnose, and repair hardware and software issues on various devices with precision and speed.

Requirements:

 * Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in a repair shop environment.
 * Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for computers and mobile devices.
 * Experience with logic board repair and replacement.
 * Able to build, assemble, and configure custom PCs like a pro.
 * Skilled in data recovery, OS installation, and virus/malware removal.
 * Proficient in replacing screens, batteries, keyboards, charging ports, and other components.
 * Understanding of BIOS, firmware updates, and hardware testing tools.
 * Ability to solder small components (preferred but not required).
 * Comfortable being on camera to create repair and teardown videos for YouTube and social media in our studio.
 * Basic knowledge of OBS or other recording software and content creation tools.
 * Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
 * Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

 * Board level repair.
 * Experience with diagnostic software such as R-Studio, EaseUS, RapidSpar, etc.
 * Familiarity with WordPress, Google Workspace, or inventory systems.
