Tolar Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Systems Administrator to maintain, monitor, and improve the reliability and security of its IT infrastructure. This role involves administering servers, managing user access, troubleshooting system issues, and supporting the technology services that keep business operations running efficiently., * Install, configure, maintain, and monitor servers, operating systems, and business applications.

 * Administer user accounts, access permissions, and authentication policies.
 * Monitor system performance, availability, storage, and resource utilization.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
 * Apply system updates, security patches, and configuration changes.
 * Maintain backup procedures and assist with disaster recovery planning.
 * Implement security controls and follow IT policies and industry best practices.
 * Document system configurations, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting procedures.
 * Coordinate with IT support, network teams, and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
 * Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and improve infrastructure performance.
