## About the Role

* Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
 * Experience in delivering professional education programs in a healthcare setting preferred.
 * Experience working with and supporting other clinicians in the use of clinical applications such as Cerner Millennium (preferred).
 * Prior experience as a system super use and/or Subject Matter Expert for IT implementations (preferred).

Certification/Licensure:

 * Current licensure as a Registered Nurse preferred.

Knowledge & Skills:

 * Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills required.
 * Strong customer service orientation coupled with strong interpersonal/relationship building skills required.

## Description

This position is responsible for delivering clinical systems classroom training as well as at-the-elbow adoption support. This position will contribute to the learning experience of students, provide hands-on learning opportunities, attend train-the-trainer sessions, maintain classroom training administration records, and provide go-live and ongoing adoption support for clinicians on the clinical systems., * May be required to stand for long periods of time to deliver training.

 * May be required to drive between hospitals and satellite units.
