## About the Role

* Real L1/L2 network or field support experience, not just helpdesk.
 * Cabling skills: tracing, labeling, patching, and testing tools.
 * Basics: IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, PoE, IP phones, wireless APs, PLTE.
 * Comfort following remote instructions and documenting work.

Nice-to-haves

 * CCNA.
 * Cisco, Aruba, or Arista exposure.
 * Aruba Central, ClearPass, Infoblox, or VeloCloud.
 * ServiceNow.
 * Experience in plant, industrial, or controlled environments.

## Description

* On-site Level 1-2 Network & Voice Support Technician at a nuclear power plant.
 * Hands-on work: cabling (copper and fiber), patching, rack and power checks, remote hands for offshore engineers, and equipment refreshes.
 * Must be able to meet plant access, training, and safety requirements. This is the likely gating factor, so confirm the background check, badging, and citizenship requirements with the client.
 * CCNA is preferred, not required.
