 * Flexible schedule, Als Team Lead SAP ALM Consulting übernimmst du die fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für ein erfahrenes Beraterteam im Bereich Application Lifecycle Management. Du verbindest strategische Kundenberatung mit Führungsverantwortung und trägst maßgeblich zur Weiterentwicklung unserer ALM-Praxis bei.
 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des ALM-Consulting-Teams inkl. Mentoring, Entwicklungsplänen und Ressourcenplanung
 * Gesamtverantwortung für Kundenprojekte von der Angebots- bis zur Abschlussphase sowie Eskalationsverantwortung bei kritischen Projektsituationen
 * Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen auf Entscheider- und Management-Ebene
 * Beratung von Kunden bei der Konzeption und Umsetzung von ALM-Strategien auf Basis von Jira, SAP Solution Manager und Cloud ALM
 * Analyse bestehender ALM-Landschaften und Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für individuelle Kundenanforderungen
 * Durchführung von Workshops und Trainings zu ALM-Themen für Kunden und Teammitglieder
 * Aufbau und Ausbau des Serviceportfolios mit Fokus auf den SAP Solution Manager End of Life und die Migration zu Cloud ALM
 * Entwicklung von Best Practices, Templates und Methoden für das gesamte Team
 * Beobachtung von Markt- und Technologietrends im ALM-Umfeld und Ableitung strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen
