Preferred Skills * Industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). * Prior experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies. * Knowledge of information security practices and procedures. ## Description We are seeking a dedicated On-Site Technician to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure at their assigned locations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support, both on-site and remotely through our ticketing system.
