## About the Role

The successful candidate will combine strong program management skills with practical knowledge of AWS cloud services, infrastructure, security, DevOps, governance, and enterprise technology operations., * 7+ years of experience in technical program management, IT program management, cloud transformation, or infrastructure delivery.

 * 3+ years of experience managing AWS cloud programs or enterprise cloud initiatives.
\n

 * Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and concepts, including technologies such as:
\n

 * Amazon EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and Lambda
\n

 * ECS/EKS and container platforms
\n

 * AWS Organizations, Control Tower, and cloud governance
\n

 * CloudFormation, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code
\n

 * CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, security, and disaster recovery
\n

 * Proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
\n

 * Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
\n

 * Strong knowledge of program governance, dependency management, risk management, budgeting, and executive reporting.
\n

 * Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

 * Ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct authority.

 * Experience managing distributed teams, vendors, consultants, and technology partners.

 * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
