The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving, clear communication, and a quality-first mindset, which will align successfully in the organization., * Python development experience at an intermediate to advance level (Tier 2: 4-6 years; Tier 3: 5-8 years).

 * Experience with the G3 stack knowledge and the ability to work effectively within that ecosystem.
 * Strong fundamentals in data structures and algorithms.
 * Proven debugging skills, including the ability to diagnose and resolve application issues.
 * Experience developing applications using TDD practices.
