This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging and impactful land development projects throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area while collaborating with experienced engineers, planners, surveyors, and landscape architects.

 * Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in civil engineering and land development design
 * Experience working on projects throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area
 * Strong understanding of site development design, including grading, drainage, stormwater management, sediment control, roadways, and utility systems
 * Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail
 * Experience with Montgomery County projects is preferred
 * Maryland Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required

## Description

As a Senior Engineer, you will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of land development projects, including:

 * Preparing site and civil engineering plans for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and public-sector projects
 * Designing roadway, grading, drainage, stormwater management, sediment control, water, and sewer infrastructure systems
 * Developing technical analyses, exhibits, graphics, reports, and supporting documentation
 * Coordinating with project managers, clients, subconsultants, and regulatory agencies
 * Managing project tasks to meet schedules, budgets, and client expectations
 * Supporting multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
 * Mentoring and training junior engineering and design staff
 * Contributing technical expertise throughout all phases of project development
