## Description

Our client, a fast-paced operations and customer support organization, is seeking a Data Technician Coordinator to join their team. As a Data Technician Coordinator, you will be part of the PRC team supporting frontline operations by maintaining data integrity, strengthening knowledge management content, and ensuring reporting deliverables are accurate and ready for use. If you enjoy turning messy information into reliable systems, you?ll find this role motivating and impactful?your work directly helps teams operate with confidence and consistency., * Review Knowledge Tool (KT) articles to ensure adherence to established formatting and content standards. \t

 * Support reporting processes by producing and distributing recurring operational reports daily, weekly, and monthly. \t
 * Maintain data integrity by validating data accuracy prior to report distribution and documenting reporting procedures. \t
 * Perform compliance-focused activities, including PCI compliance reviews and monitoring, while supporting audit readiness through accurate records. \t
 * Administer and clean up CRM configuration elements by identifying obsolete, duplicate, or inaccurate setups and recommending cleanup actions., * Work in a role focused on data integrity, knowledge governance, and reliable reporting that supports operational, quality, and compliance objectives. \t
 * Contribute to consistent system configurations and improved usability of knowledge management content for frontline teams. \t
 * Own recurring reporting deliverables by validating data and maintaining clear documentation and standard operating procedures. \t
 * Support compliance and audit readiness by maintaining accurate records and escalating system or data integrity concerns. \t
 * Collaborate with teams to identify inconsistencies, recommend improvements, and drive system cleanup activities.
