* 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
 * Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
 * Experience with Salesforce security, data modeling, governor limits, and platform best practices.
 * Familiarity with source control and CI/CD tools, such as Git and Salesforce DX.
 * Experience with integrations, data migration, and troubleshooting.
 * Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Provide ongoing production support for Salesforce applications, monitoring system health and responding to user-reported issues.
 * Triage production incidents by assessing impact and urgency, identifying likely causes, coordinating resolution, and communicating status to stakeholders.
 * Partner with offshore support resources to investigate and resolve incidents, coordinate handoffs across time zones, and track issues through closure.
 * Perform approved data fixes, including validating the requested change, assessing downstream impacts, executing the correction, and documenting the outcome.
 * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by investigating defects, coordinating fixes, validating resolutions, and assisting business users with retesting.
 * Monitor and support scheduled and recurring batch jobs; investigate failures, coordinate reruns where appropriate, and confirm successful completion.
 * Maintain incident, data-fix, and batch-run documentation, escalating recurring issues and recommending preventive improvements.
