## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience with Python or R programming languages for AI/ML development.
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience with Cloud computing services from major providers, including experience with cloud-based AI/ML development and deployment.
 * Minimum of 5 years of experience with AI/ML model development and deployment, including model tuning, experimentation, validation, and benchmarking.

Desired Qualifications

 * Experience with AI/ML model explainability and interpretability techniques.
 * Familiarity with the customer's enterprise services, security controls, and data management practices.
 * Experience with front-end web development frameworks, such as Flask.
 * Experience with Tableau to produce visualizations and dashboards.
 * Experience with verification and validation test benches.
 * Experience with deep learning frameworks, such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
 * Experience with version control systems, such as GitHub.

Ops Tech Alliance (OTA) is seeking an Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) Engineer to develop and deploy models that support a government customer's analytical workflows. You will evaluate new approaches, adapt models to mission needs, and transition prototypes into reliable, scalable capabilities., * Design, develop, test, evaluate, and deploy models and ensembles for generative AI, classification, prediction, computer vision, natural language processing, and reinforcement learning.

 * Tune and benchmark models through experimentation, validation, and performance evaluation.
 * Use software development and cloud computing to integrate models into customer applications and analytical workflows.
