 * Ability to create and revise plot plans and technical drawings.
 * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
 * Associate degree in Drafting Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
 * CAD certification and experience with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation are a plus.
 * Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career within the engineering industry., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

## Description

* Develop and revise electrical and utility-related drawings using CAD software.
 * Assist engineers and designers in creating high-quality design packages, construction drawings, and project documentation.
 * Prepare and update permit, plot, and technical drawings based on project requirements.
 * Ensure all drafting work complies with company, client, and industry standards.
 * Support distribution, utility, and power delivery projects from concept through design.
 * Research design challenges and collaborate with project teams to develop effective solutions.
 * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to drafting processes and standards.
 * Maintain accuracy, quality, and attention to detail across all project deliverables., Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): We may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support parts of our hiring process, including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates.
