## Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join a well-regarded manufacturer specializing in printing, binding, and finishing equipment. In this position, you will assist our international dealer network through a blend of hands-on machine maintenance, electronic diagnostics, equipment installation, and educational training.
Core Responsibilities

 * Deliver high-quality technical guidance via telephone and on-site visits, with a primary focus on electronic system diagnostics.
 * Assist our dealer partners in identifying machine malfunctions, addressing concerns, and providing technical clarity.
 * Conduct thorough product evaluations to ensure high standards of quality control.
 * Travel up to 10% of the time, including potential international trips, to facilitate equipment setups and training programs.
 * Maintain accurate records and logs of all service interactions.
 * Partner with the Engineering, Production, and Sales teams to boost overall equipment functionality and elevate the client experience.
 * Assist in the development and delivery of technical service workshops.
 * Draft precise and easy-to-follow documentation for repair processes.
