## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced engineer with a strong background in embedded (hardware) solutions and electronics development. The ideal candidate will have:
A Master's degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
At least 5 years of experience in designing embedded solutions, electronic cards, and software.
Experience in communication interfaces/protocols such as CAN, UART, SPI, I2C, TCP/IP, MIL-STD-1553/MIL-STD-1790.
Proficiency in power electronics, high-frequency electronics, analog/digital electronics, PCB schematics, and assembly.
Competence with oscilloscopes/logic analyzers and LTspice.
Fluency in English and French.
Additional experience with computer vision, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity is a plus.

## Description

As part of a project team, you will be responsible for specifying, designing, developing, validating, and testing embedded electronics hardware and software., Support the preparation of product Statements of Work (SOW).
Own the design of assigned products, ensuring full compliance with system architecture, development standards, and validation requirements.
Produce technical documentation, including:
Hardware Description Documents (HDD);
Requirement Specifications;
Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).
Manage and monitor subcontracted tasks, ensuring quality, timelines, and technical alignment.
Actively contribute to integration and validation phases.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical engineering, operations, prototyping, and software.
Participate in design and industrialization reviews, providing technical input and risk assessments.
Provide technical support during product development, both internally and at customer or supplier sites.
Support the Project Manager with cost tracking, schedule monitoring, and technical reporting.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects or issues identified throughout development phases.
Build and validate proof-of-concepts, including electronic breadboards or development boards, prior to final design integration.
