## Description

* Conduct comprehensive test and evaluation activities across the system lifecycle.
 * Review systems engineering data to establish metric frameworks and inform evaluation planning.
 * Specify and validate modeling and simulation tools to support operational testing., * Coordinate with Systems Engineering teams to review functional analysis, system descriptions, and risk assessments to inform evaluation planning.
 * Assess operational environments and mission priorities to select scenarios and coordinate user participation in test and evaluation activities.
 * Specify, validate, and adapt modeling and simulation environments for test use.
 * Produce Evaluation Plans, metric frameworks, thread scenarios, timelines, and requirements cross-walks.
 * Generate Analysis Plans, Data Requirements, Risk Assessments, Status Reports, and formal Evaluation Reports.
 * Provide critical inputs to Test & Evaluation Strategies, Test & Evaluation Master Plans, and Test Readiness Reports.
 * Execute integration and test (I&T) and software testing methodologies to ensure mission success.
