## About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of independent problem-solving, customer interaction, and continuous technical growth., * Must have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role

 * A+ Certification required
 * Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
 * Must be able to perform diagnostics, repairs, and parts replacements on computer equipment.
 * Must be able to support desktop, server, and basic network environments.
 * Experience with SCCM is preferred
 * Maintain accurate service documentation, ticket updates, and time records.
 * Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive client relationships.
 * Work independently on routine issues while collaborating with senior engineers on more complex problems.
 * Position requires lifting of up to 75 lbs. independently and up to 150 lbs. with assistance.
 * Position requires standing, squatting, lifting from floor to waist and from waist to over shoulders. Twisting, bending, crawling may be required from time-to-time.
 * The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
 * A valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
 * Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
 * Must demonstrate a "can-do" attitude
