## About the Role

Education/Experience proven IT general knowledge OS, general software and hardware identification, the ability to load software and images to end-user devices., Working knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, Microsoft Office and Office 365 is required. Understanding of DNS and active directory (what it does and how it works).

Candidate must be familiar with maintaining laptop and PC hardware in addition to laser printer technology.

Prior customer service experience including face to face and via phone, preferred

Must have a good understanding of technical issues and be able to relay the issue to the user in a non-technical dialogue.

2-3 years of work experience working in an IT environment

Previous ticketing system experience
*
A/V experience preferred
*
In addition to normal office work conditions, candidate must have the ability to perform the physical activities of the job. (Includes, but not limited to awkward positions, balancing, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 70 pounds)
