## About the Role

* Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
 * Experience providing IT support in a professional setting (experience in education or nonprofit settings preferred)
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Office and common operating systems
 * Familiarity with network systems, troubleshooting, and device management
 * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical information in a clear, supportive manner
 * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, * Experience with early childhood data systems (e.g., child assessment or case management software)
 * Understanding of confidentiality requirements in programs serving children and families

## Description

* Provide day-to-day technical support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
 * Maintain and monitor computers, printers, tablets, and other devices across program sites
 * Support data systems, including child assessment platforms and program databases
 * Ensure data security, confidentiality, and compliance with program policies and regulations
 * Assist with technology setup for classrooms and offices
 * Coordinate with external IT vendors as needed
 * Provide basic training and guidance to staff on technology use
 * Maintain inventory of IT equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements
