## About the Role

* A bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, mathematics, engineering or a related field
 * 0-4 years of experience, including internships and co-ops
 * Strong Python and SQL, and comfort with messy real-world data
 * A grounding in statistics
 * Work you built yourself and can show us. For this role, that means one or more of:

 + A structured-extraction or document-processing project
 + A RAG or document Q&A system
 + An evaluation or testing setup for model or LLM output
 + A data analysis or modeling project on a real dataset
 * Curiosity about how the business runs, and the patience to learn insurance from the people who know it
 * Clear communication with non-technical colleagues

## Description

You'll be one of a small group of AI Engineers. You'll work directly with underwriters and operations staff. You'll adapt the products we already run to their needs, and build new ones where nothing fits.
