## About the Role

* 2+ years of cash applications, accounts receivable, or related accounting experience
 * Experience processing high-volume transactions
 * Strong reconciliation and analytical skills
 * Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
 * Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
 * Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

## Description

* Apply and post customer payments, including ACH, wire transfers, lockbox deposits, and checks
 * Research and resolve unapplied cash, short payments, deductions, and payment discrepancies
 * Reconcile cash receipts to customer accounts and bank activity
 * Maintain accurate customer account records and payment histories
 * Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Customer Service teams to resolve payment issues
 * Support month-end close activities, reporting, and account reconciliations
 * Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies
