## Description

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Hogan Developer to support, enhance, and maintain banking applications built on the Hogan core banking platform. The ideal candidate should have strong mainframe development experience, knowledge of banking systems, and expertise in COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS., Develop, enhance, maintain, and support mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, and Hogan.
Work extensively with Hogan applications/modules and customize functionality based on business requirements.
Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Develop and modify COBOL programs, JCL jobs, and associated mainframe components.
Perform application debugging, code analysis, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis.
Design and execute unit, integration, and system testing for application changes.
Monitor and troubleshoot batch jobs, production issues, and application failures.
Work with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, application support, and infrastructure teams.
