* 5+ years with Teamcenter Rich Client, including installation and configuration.
 * Deep hands-on experience with BMIDE, workflows, stylesheets, Structure Manager, Access Manager, Organization and indexer, plus end-user support and elevated helpdesk tickets.
 * C/C++ ITK customization; plus HTML, XML, Windows Batch, PowerShell, Java, and Python.
 * Custom reporting on Teamcenter data.
 * Teamcenter/NX Managed mode and NX customizations.
 * Windows and Linux server administration.
 * Jira and Bitbucket/Git (or similar), collaborating within a software engineering team.

## Description

Join a privately owned engine innovator at its world headquarters in Pontiac, MI. As a Teamcenter PLM Solutions Architect, you will be the technical backbone behind our client's Siemens Teamcenter environment. This role is 100% on-site and can be structured as a direct hire or a contract engagement., * Administer and enhance Teamcenter (workflows, stylesheets, access control, etc.) in partnership with PLM and Configuration Management teams.

 * Build and deliver monthly deployment packages that tailor Teamcenter to evolving business needs.
 * Map and improve existing business workflows to drive efficiency and reliability.
 * Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents ranging from single-user issues to multi-team outages.
 * Coach and cross-train junior team members to elevate team capability.
 * Track PLM trends and recommend selective adoption for measurable value.
