 * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field, * Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience

 * Headless CMS experience
 * Salesforce or SAP integration experience
 * ServiceNow experience

## Description

We're partnering with a leading technology organization to hire a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will play a key role in modernizing and enhancing enterprise digital platforms. This individual will help drive a major Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) upgrade initiative while supporting broader digital experience, content management, and enterprise web platform initiatives.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders, and improving how digital experiences are delivered across an enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

 * Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder discovery sessions across business and technical teams
 * Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and digital platform capabilities
 * Support a major Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform modernization effort
 * Translate business objectives into functional, technical, integration, and data requirements
 * Create documentation including:
 * Business requirements
 * Functional specifications
 * User stories
 * Process maps
 * Workflow diagrams
 * Acceptance criteria
 * Integration documentation
 * Partner with product owners, developers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver enterprise solutions
 * Support CMS platforms, web applications, APIs, integrations, and digital experience technologies
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and roadmap planning
 * Support testing, implementations, releases, and post-production activities
 * Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-enabled digital experiences and automation opportunities
